My mom is using D.U.B.S Services - Cleveland, OH. I have enjoyed working with the Dove services. The caregivers that I've experienced working with so far are very caring, compassionate, and very patient with people with dementia. My mother did not want to get bathed or anything, and they didn't push her. They're also new to her as well, so they're just very patient, and very accommodating. We had a family emergency and I had to call them to get extended care services. They worked with me to get a provider into the home during that time. They're reasonably priced compared to some other agencies that I called.

I'm using D.U.B.S Services - Cleveland, OH. They're on time. They talk to you properly. They do a lot of work. It's $20 an hour, and they can take you anywhere you want to go. They fix meals, and they do laundry. If you need it, they can do the bathroom or tub or anything like that. They do everything. They'll do the exercises with you. I'm happy with the quality of the people. The caregivers are very good. It's like a family thing. Two sisters got together, and I had one sister who took care of me today. I'm getting the top person. Communication with the agency is very good. The woman just lives a couple of streets away from me. She says, "You could call me at 3:00 in the morning, or you can call me 24/7 or whatever. If you run into something, just call me." Today, she took me to the DMV to get my license. I'm not too good at walking yet, so she's right behind me, but she let me do a little bit of stuff so I could get some time walking by myself. She took me to the store. I got my prescription filled and walked around a little bit. She brings the car around to the door. I'm very satisfied with the service. She said, "Just call us up and we'll take you if you can't get a ride or anything." I liked it because the mileage is included in the service. It is a monthly contract. I get an aide twice a week for four hours, and that's enough for me. $20 an hour is not bad for a good aide. The first day, she rearranged my living room and organized a lot of things. If you need somebody to organize, I would recommend them also. I just think they're a good agency.
