I like that they were professional, courteous, and prompt, and the person who came out to clean was excellent. The provider helped me the most by taking care of the heavy things and house cleaning that I couldn't do at the time.

The work ethic of the aids is somewhat poor. They don't give advance notice before quitting. They have empathy, compassion and consideration for me. When the caregiver can't show up, they still come out to help me with garbage. One scheduler actually came but to help bring me lunch and help Michelle was her name. Ebony replaced her, and she's been good too.

I would like to have more availability from the nurses. The agency could make my life easier if they had extra caregivers that can cover when one can't make it.

This is the only one I know anything about. I like that they keep someone here for me. It gives me a chance to get out and do things done and get me out of the house as well as get things done around the house.
