Horrible referral coordination system. My parent is a former client there. He received in home nursing support In 2024. He improved & his case was closed. A new issue arose (regarding wound care) & his doctor sent a referral for in home nursing again. We waited for a call, with no response, so the doctor sent in another referral. Still no response from them to schedule. My father called CarePartners directly, with referral services noting that they no longer have the staff to work in Fairview, NC. That is fine, staffing is an issue. However, how can a medical provider (of essential home based services to an elderly individual), not call (after 2 MD referrals), to say "I am sorry, we don't have the staff to provide in home nursing support in your area currently"? If you can get care from CarePartners that's great. But, they don't seem to do any follow up outreach (while needy patients are waiting) to tell you they don't have medical staff to provide services.

We're using CarePartners Asheville. They come to our house. They have PT, OT, and CNA. A nurse comes once a week to check all my mother's vitals and all that stuff. They're very good. They're on time. They're thorough and sensitive. They're very patient with her. They explain well.

We are using CarePartners Asheville for my husband. He's got therapy coming into the home, physical and occupational therapy. They're giving him exercises, and they're doing a lot of balance exercises with him, trying to stabilize him, building up the strength gradually, and occupational therapy on the arm that's broken. I think they're very professional, very knowledgeable. They have a lot of good suggestions that have provided assistance to us in terms of controlling his pain, and helping to get him in, and out of bed and the chair.

I was sent there after surgery on my spine to recuperate and I had the most wonderful care while I was there with not only nurses that came at my becond call but the therapists were wonderful.
