Comfort keepers took wonderful care of my mother when she needed it the most. They were compassionate and understanding and kept her on a daily routine of activities. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, as well as recommend them to friends and family.

Ms Geir is the owner of this agency. She was the most unprofessional and disrespectful individuals I’ve ever encountered. She arrived 1/2 earlier and had a attitude when I needed her to wait for her appointment time so I could assist my folks to ready for interview. On the phone they indicated it was going to be a nurse coming to do the assessment, Ms Geir isn’t a nurse. When I asked her for ID she rolled her eyes and questioned Why. How does an owner of a homecare agency that serves the frail and elderly not understand the Important value of securing the Safety of the elderly people by supplying proper Identification. I worry about the elderly that don’t have a Love one that can accompany them and is exposed to this women’s attitude, disrespect and unprofessionalism
