I have an aide from Wilcare during the day. They're good, but I don't have as much experience with them because I only have one person for my mom from there. We did have a little bit of a problem with them when our aide was going on vacation. They didn't give us any advanced notice; it was kind of thrown at us at the last minute. They did get a substitution, which was fine, and she was very nice; however, I would say like, "Let us know a little bit sooner." Other than that, we are very satisfied with them. There's a lot of supervision because my mother has dementia. We have them for companionship, medication, some assistance with bodily care, cooking, and light cleaning. They're very good about the billing. They take care of the insurance issue and they allow you to use a credit card. Everything is good with the billing.
