I would steer clear of All Metro at all costs. Aside from two people who seem like they want to help but have to go against protocol to do so, everybody else at all metro seems to want to interfere and put up roadblocks rather than assist with smooth facilitation of care. I never knew what a hassle it would be working with a care agency until we started using all metro.

This agency is poor on all levels. They lie about their aides and the services that they provide. They tell you aides are coming when aides are not. They do not respect their own aides and provide them with proper support. This agency is so poorly managed from the top to the bottom. I am so sorry that I ever engaged with this firm as it has been the worst experience from the get-go. They have done barely any work. Did they assist in locating an apartment for my family? No! Did they staff the case properly? No! And best of all - they don't communicate. Stay far away from this agency.

I’ve been using All Metro Health Care for 4 years now, and it’s for my dad. If I need PT or OT, they provide that as well. I can just get it from GuildNet, and they’ll give me an aide to get for 10 hours, so I can go to work. My dad is fine with it. I think they’re a good agency. I never had any problems with them at all. I would absolutely recommend them.

All Metro has been very good to my mother. She has 24/7 care. I appreciate the people that have went here, particularly in their manner of doing things. The people that came for two days a week, I appreciate their manner of doing things. The people that went there seemed to be solid workers. They do cooking, light cleaning, and help with medications, but I set them up with it. She can’t walk, she is bedbound, and they help her trying to move her around a little bit. Basically, what they do is bring in fresh foods and vegetables. The diet is a healthy diet. Their billing is always very timely and efficient. I don’t have any problems with those areas.

We have somebody coming in from All Metro Health Care. They help my mother with feeding and light housekeeping. They are excellent. We had trouble getting a weekend aide, but that was because of my location. From where I live, you need to drive. Other than that, they've been on time. I'm very happy with them. It's easy to work with them. They are good.
