We used Kindred at Home Home Health in Liverpool for my mom. She had physical therapy, occupational therapy, and a nurse would come in once every two weeks to do an assessment. She also had some home health aide briefly, they were all wonderful. The scheduling was sometimes an issue because they're short-staffed for the most part. They would have to reschedule at times, but they did well.

I have a nurse who comes to our home to visit and do physical therapy with me. It is a nice, young man who works with me and I am comfortable with him. He shows me all the exercises, supports me when I do it, and even chats with me during. He is very polite and he has interesting explanations. I like his services. He always comes on time and I don't have to wait for him. I am very satisfied with his care and I can recommend Gentiva. I give them a high rating.
