Trimed is bad agency you pick no customer service. No body ever answer your call they never called you back. No recommendation at all

Can't get anyone on the phone. Don't return calls. Left our parent without an aide for days without contacting any family members. Because one aide they send tested positive for covid-19. Now our parent is without any care. Cold and heartless.

Overall TriMed Home Care Services seemed pretty good. Some aides are good, and some are not, but with my experience with my mother, that is the way of all agencies. Some of the aides are not very honest. They were able to answer me, and it looks like with any kind of emergencies, they are around. I would recommend them, but I hope their aides are trained a little bit better.
