The father and son team were there for us in our greatest time of need. 2nd family was extremely efficient in finding the best fit caretaker for my father while he was sick. Having a CNA take care of our father helped ease the burden of being a full time caretaker to my father. The CNA was always on time and always willing to help in anyway we needed. Tom was always holding himself accountable for the best care for my dad.

The Tom and Tom father and son team at 2nd family truly cares about every family they are helping. It was seamless to find help for my mother. The CNA truly treated my mother as her own. Tom’s talent, passion for helping patients, and relentless dedication to the family being helped stand out from any other company we have ever worked with. His driven work ethic and continuous eagerness to learn have been displayed in every asset of taking care of my mom. Tom has relationships in the market like no other specialist I know. He has worked tirelessly in the market to cultivate long lasting relationships with his customers. He accepts responsibility without hesitation and holds himself accountable to the highest of standards. In addition to his impressive work ethic, Tom is an overall good person who I have grown to know personally and like to call my friend.
