I would like if they were here to help more and not just sit and talk with them. They need to just get up and do what they need to do. I would like if they had the same people coming on a regular basis and more consistency.

They have been able to bring in people that were appropriate for my husband's care. I like that they return my phone calls, and their communication is good.
