Examples may be assisting them with household chores or maintaining a garden. Additionally, we provide Montessori for Dementia and have items set-up throughout the community for our residents to engage in. Our entire staff understands that every encounter with a resident is an opportunity to engage with them, validate how they are feeling, and provide an ear to listen to the amazing life stories they need to tell.

Our Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing does an assessment prior to admission so that we understand how best to care for each resident.
