I am a client of ProCare Hospice. They have superb care, attention, compassion, and empathy. Their services are absolutely spot on. It's the best I've ever seen. They take care of all of my mother's supplies, needs, and whatever medication to ease any type of pain that she might be going through since she is hospice. They make sure that she has in-home care, and nurses that come and follow up with her weekly. Their staff is superb. They are excellent, and they are the best there is.

ProCare was good, but they recommended a horrible funeral parlor. They provided the bed, and anything I needed they gave to me -- anything at all. Thank goodness I have nursing experience behind me because I don’t know what I would have done for her at home. Hospice care -- because I did not have that kind of help -- helped me. I wouldn’t recommend them so highly only because they need to re-train their workers. Their CNAs were very young and really don’t know what they’re doing, but they really try. They just need to do more training with the CNAs. The nurses were very good; they were excellent. The druggist was also very good, very knowledgeable, and very smart.
