We have had the worst experience ever with this home healthcare service. The coordinator Claudine does nothing but make excuses for the lack of service they provide. The first time my mom was released from the hospital on a Wednesday they did not provide any evaluation until the following Monday. PT and OT do not schedule any follow ups or provide their patient with the amount of time they really need. When you call to ask Claudine why there is this problem she provides no help. The second time my mom was released from rehab on a Friday it took them until Wednesday to provide OT to come out and again that was with me calling Claudine and asking why it wasn't being provided again. I called the week prior on a Tuesday just to make sure they had the referral before she was even released and they still did not call and schedule her evaluations in a timely matter. They claim to have a 48 hour turn around period. That is a flat out lie. Her nurse Kia told my mom every visit that she only had at the most two years to live or that her disease had no cure. I called Claudine about this and she said it was their job to tell the patient about their "disease process". Than when I said she made excuses she said it was time to find a new health care system for my mom because they can't make us "happy". This nurse told her she had no more than two years to live the DAY BEFORE HER BIRTHDAY. As if my mom does not know enough about how much time she has left. This place should be ashamed of themselves, especially Claudine. Complete embarrassment. If I could I’d give them a zero.

I can't say enough about this company. I got their phone number through this website. Their nurse and cna was amazing and helped me get better, I was a private pay patient and only had a few visits with them but the help I received was impeccable and worth every penny. I would recommend them to anyone any day.

Absolutely horrible home health services. I would never recommend this agency to anyone who cared about their loved ones. Terrible response and follow up. Staff is rude and communicates nothing. Only interested in collecting money.

I got information on Advent Home Health through this website and am so pleased I chose them to take care of me. My nurse, CNA, and therapists were amazing. They treated me with respect, instructed me on my medications and the therapists got me stronger and walking well again. The CNA was wonderful and professional. My nurse was so informative and helped me understand how to take my medications and what they were they for. I recommended Advent to my friends who also received great service.

I love this company. The nurses are so well educated and good at educating. My mother was discharged from Summerlin Hospital and Advent was there the next day. The nurse healed my mothers wounds and educated us on everything we needed to know and then some. The physical and occupational therapists were outstanding and got my mother up and walking to her usual self. Thank you Advent for everything!

I called to inquire about their services & fees for my grandparens that lived in las vegas area. I am calling from another state. I understand the time difference, but if you are in business for this kind of service you are suppose to be available 24/7. The lady that answered the phone did not answer in a business manner like mentioning the company name, her voice was like someone who just woke up, i introduce myself & told her I apologize for the inconvenience though I should not have apologize as I am a private paying customer who is willing to part my money for their services & their advertisement stated available 24/7, the lady did not say a word & hang-up the phone. Need I say more for this type of attitude about entrusting my precious grandparents to their care ?
