The help they give me helps me because I have trouble with my back and arm and I can't reach over a certain amount. I would maybe like to see them improve when they do some of the things they ask them to do, to make sure they do a little more than what I have asked. When they are dusting, they shouldn't just dust what I ask them to do, if they see something that needs dusting I would like them to do it. I'm not being critical, but I would like them to look a little farther.

I couldn't have had the work done if they hadn't been available. It's very important to me. I don't have any improvements to recommend, it's just that I don't have a lot of knowledge. What I used them for is so basic that I don't have a lot of experience. All I had was someone take me home from the hospital. I don't use them unless I need someone to take me home from the hospital. I don't have any friends or family and lots of times when you have minor procedures, they won't let you go home unless you have someone to drive you. I have used them too in order to get somebody to take me home. I don't need them for anything other than a drive. I am still on their account and if I need them in the future, I will call them, but I am not having them come out on a regular basis.

We are very thankful for having been referred to this agency. My husband is ill and unable to stay at home alone. I have to work. We are very fortunate to have access to 3 caregivers so I am able to work. He receives exceptional care, and able to work without worrying about him. Our main gal, Patricia is always doing extra. Ex. Brings home made treats, meals and has called to see how we are getting along. At first we didn't have enough caregivers, she would arrange her schedule so she could be here part of a shift. Greatly appreciated. Our others will play games with him. Patricia, Alicia et Connie are excellent. Always going above et beyond doing chores: laundry, sweeping floors, vacuuming et dishes. Which I don't expect but once I greatly appreciate. They always leave a short report letting me know how things went. They are always on time, if running late, will always contact me. They assist with ambulation, toileting, fix meals et monitor he taking his meds. The agency itself, is always there. The staff are friendly and helpful. We have no complaints and once again are very fortunate to have them.

They help most by showing up and being willing to work. Most of them are asking what they can do next. They organize papers or put things together. They straighten the napkins or anything they see. They are willing to work and most of them showed up. Only one person was a no-call no-show, but she is not with them anymore. I called Bill and then they called me to ask if she had shown up since they did not see her checked in. If one person does not check in, they check in.
