Heartland Hospice provided compassionate care for an aunt while remaining in her home supplemented with 24/7 care and also when she transitioned to skilled nursing care. The nurses, social workers and spiritual team provided me with updates and exhibited a high level of caring. They received my recommendation.

I recommend this group "Heartland Care" "Senior Home Care Agency" outstanding. They came into our parent's home and gave our dad the best care a dying person could ever want. The staff was excellent with our dad and to us as well. There are six (6) of us and they dealt with all of us. Can you imagine seven (7) people to answer to plus the SICK one.This group of ladies and one man were outstanding; they provided love, attention, affection, and efficiency. The quality of care was over and beyond our expectations. At the services of our dad they gave a review of their duties, which was not out-of-place. They shared jokes, stories and even somethings in which dad did that was not so good, but that was okay. The man would come over to bath dad and turn him over; I believe he cut his hair once. Although dad preferred the ladies to bath him, mother said NO to that. If there were any changes in dad condition they would call the led family member, which was myself, to review the changes and also explain everything that was done. I have nothing negative to say about this group of wonderful people, other than God Bless them one and all.
