I have been struggling and struggling with my aunt the last few weeks regarding you and having someone come and be with her. It has been hard but today came and I was expecting her to call and say she wanted Ann to leave. No call!! I just got off the phone with her and she was ecstatic. She had an absolute ball with Ann and connected with her really well (great job!). She’s exciting to go out and about over the next few weeks with her. Thank you so much!! I can’t tell you what a relief it is to k ow this is working and to know there’s another person watching out for her

Elder Care of Kansas City were a 100% fantastic. The owner, Kevin Edwards, is an angel on earth. They charge a reasonable rate and when we needed more hours they did it. They worked with hospice and worked with the family. Don and Judy worked with my grandmother and they were awesome. They feel like a part of our family now; we don’t have anything bad to say about them. I've never met a home health agency that gave such thorough care to the family like they did to us. There was nothing that we asked them to do that they said no to. They were always on time, they have accurate billing, and everything.

Our family, with Elder Care of KC's help, was able to support our mother's wish to remain in her home. Her initial relationship with Elder Care began as occasional call-in requests for transportation to doctor's visits. She enjoyed riding in her own car with her Elder Care "driver," typically 1 of 2 providers she came to know, behind the wheel. Several months later, when an unexpected serious health challenge threatened her independent living, we added home health services and Elder Care private duty care-giving. Our sudden needs were great...and Elder Care of KC delivered. The team of skilled, compassionate caregivers that Elder Care of KC assembled enabled our Mother to maintain a high quality of life at home. As her journey continued through palliative care and hospice, our family members readily joined our now dear Elder Care colleagues in offering care and comfort. Her peaceful passing at home, while in this loving care, is and remains a blessing for us all.

I'm rating Elder Care with five stars. Every week I can depend on my caregiver to arrive on time or be informed otherwise. When I was unexpectedly hospitalized for eleven days, Elder Care stepped in to help our family to be with John or a caregiver 24 hours a day, without missing a beat. Great job!

Elder Care is excellent. They've done a really good job of nursing my husband back to as much of his physical health. He has dementia so they can't fix that. One of the nurses has over 50 years of experience. We've been working with them since October.
