My aunt is incontinent and they are providing her the materials that are necessary to keep her clean. They have just recently put on a half railing because she has tried to get herself up to go to the bathroom but she is so weak that she was not able to get out of bed and she ended up on the floor several times. She has not been injured but she just needed help. They give her physical attention and they provide medication for her.

I would not recommend especially if your loved one does not pass quickly. Unprofessional people except for two people I dealt with....the doctor and office manager. They became very hostile when I transferred my mom to a new hospice. They didn't facilitate a smooth transition at all which resulted in them harassing me instead of working with the new hospice. Im not going to post all the horrible details of why I moved her but these are nasty people if you advocate for your loved one and your patient and caregiver rights.
