We are just starting our relationship with this agency and I cannot begin to say how wonderful it's been to work with Annie (owner) so far. I have worked in the insurance industry for over 20 years and needed to set up care for my father in law. When I got her on the phone (on a holiday weekend!) she was so caring and instructive. I felt like she really cared about what we needed and how to move forward in a very confusing time. We now have him home and she and her care workers have come to work with him and it's been going so well, he's getting stronger every day (and he's not the easiest person to work with).
