Health Source Home care is located in Troy, MI. They service most of Metro Detroit. They have a good reputation in the home care arena When a patient starts with Health Source, they can receive services of a nurse, doctor, home health aide, physical therapist, occupational therapist, social worker, etc. I have noticed that the nurses with Health Source are very concerned about their patients and try to offer them as many services as they feel would be beneficial. The nurses at Health Source are very involved in their patient's care and work closely with the other disciplines. The one complaint I have heard a few times about this agency is that sometimes the families have a really difficult time understanding some of Health Source's staff because of accents. Although, I have not heard of this being a big enough complaint for someone to cancel services with them. Overall, I would give Health Source a rating of four out of five stars. All the staff members, from office staff to physical therapists, go above and beyond to care for the patients.
