Care Plus TLC has been great. They're super responsive to my mom's needs. They're quick to make changes if changes are necessary. Anything that's happening, they're right on top of it. They have procedures and policies that they follow, and have all their caregivers follow, and they just do a really great job with that. We're very pleased with them. They pretty much are doing everything for her. They cook for her and do light cleaning around the house and they help take care of her laundry or sheets. They are hands-on with showers and bathroom stuff. I would recommend them.
