My aunt is very happy with Hope Senior Home Care. Their services are excellent. They prepare her meals, do light housekeeping, toileting, bathing, light laundry and provide her with companionship. Whenever I have questions, I can just call them and speak to somebody, and if they have a question, they always call me, whether it's the caregiver on duty or the office with a billing or other question. They also have an online portal that could be set up for the family to review the current progress of the patient. My aunt definitely has her favorites, but they've all been good and cared about her. I really appreciate them calling me regardless of the time of the day if they have questions about her condition.
