Caregivers were highly trained, like family and always punctual. The office staff was always there to help me. We had a complicated case with my mother needing 24 hour care, I always felt like we were in good hands with Peace at Home.

As someone who values quality care for myself, I was incredibly disappointed with The Key. The caregivers provided subpar services and showed a lack of professionalism and reliability. Their lack of specialized training was concerning, and it became apparent that they did not have the necessary expertise to provide competent care for my medical needs. Additionally, their administrative staff was dismissive and unresponsive, leaving me feeling ignored and unheard. After a big company takeover, their focus appeared to be solely on profit, disregarding the quality of care provided. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend The Key to anyone in need of home care services. I urge those seeking care to look for a more qualified and reliable home care company that values their clients and provides competent care.
