We got Helping Hand Home Healthcare for my dad. When they are here, they bathe him, feed him, make his bed, and help him to dry his feet. The problem I have with them is, I didn't find somebody to come in on a regular basis, but as I had different people coming in, they did try hard to get coverage when somebody would call off, but I guess that's the biggest problem.

Helping Hand was excellent. We had them for physical therapy and showering. The caregivers were very pleasant and thorough. We had them through Medicare for six weeks. My husband has dementia and he is not comfortable with anybody. He was very reluctant to do their services but because of their persistence to make sure he gets a shower and gets his physiotherapy, he did go along with it. His dementia has progressed and it’s a struggle to make him do what he is supposed to do. He is there to gain strength back because he had been in the hospital and lay in bed all the time. It was hard for him to walk but they were very good and efficient.
