Caring Solutions has been outstanding. The caregiver has been providing care 40 hrs/ wk for the last two years. She has been incredible dealing with my wife with early onset Alzheimer’s and has been very compassionate. She is able to get her to do things that would be impossible for me. She always arrives early, has never called in sick, and schedules her own appointments for after hours. Besides attending to eating and personal care needs for my wife, she tidies my house and has cooked meals for me. The on staff nurse has been very helpful when needed. I highly recommend this agency.

Me and Mom

We have been consumers of the services from Caring Solutions for the past two years. My mom and I were in a car accident, and she was unable to care for herself after shattering her leg and fracturing her neck. Caring Solutions was right there after Rehab and was able to continue to support her, sometimes 7 days per week. As we both began to improve, we decreased the services, but when my mom fell, they were right back there on a moments notice to support our family. Not only are they responsive to our needs, but my mom has met some of the most caring and supportive people we have known. Karen was exceptional with the scheduling and so easy to communicate with. All in all, you couldn’t ask for better more compassionate service. I give them 5 stars, but that surely is not enough for this organization!

My uncle used Caring Solutions for a few hours per day, and then after he fell we asked them for 24-hour care and they worked hard to cover that time. The caregivers are trained, and they are supervised. The nurse kept track of my uncle and what he needed, and there was good communication between the caregivers. Our family really appreciated the care they showed and the respectful manner in which they treated my uncle all the way to the end. I can't recommend Caring Solutions highly enough!

Caring Solutions was recommended by our Case Manager, and has exceeded my expectations. Our primary need is companionship and some personal care for my wife, who has mild dementia, and respite for me. One aide who is here for 3 to 5 hours 5 or 6 days a week has really bonded with her and they treat each other like friends. We have other aides from time to time, and they are also good, not having the same opportunity to bond. I occasionally go away for a few days, and CS has provided more help on those occasions, although our daughters have picked up most of the additional care. I have found them responsive and punctual.

I'm pretty happy with Caring Solutions. I chose them because I got some very good references on them. When I met with the owner, she impressed me. They took care of all her daily needs, the laundry, they clean her room, toileting, and preparing meals. However, they have one aide that came as a substitute that I wasn't crazy about. I didn't get the same quality as I got with my mom's full-time aide.
