It is very good. I was going to the mass general to do my infusions, but it was getting too difficult, so now they are coming out to me. I like the nurse that comes every 28 days to do my infusions.

They have a strong sales team that over sales what they are able to provide. They should have some understanding that the client might change their attitude. We had caregivers that would say that they would not take care of my mother because she would get aggressive, so I had to get up at 11 at night to take care of my mother. They are horrible. There was no consistent communication, the aides would show up late, would arrive late, and not want to care for my mother. My mother fell and had a face injury when they were there.

Tried to use this agency a few times but each time the caregiver has been late or didn’t show up. On the very last occasion my parents were left alone without anyone being there for hours. It was stressful. The nurse was nice, she just got rattled very easily. They need to be the professional and find a replacement when my caregiver is not able to come. They could have the nurse that schedules me to not cancel me last minute and not leave me high and dry.

They are changing my dressing for me every week. I have had trouble getting fill in nurses when mine is on vacation.

The CNA who comes is always there and is very consistent. That is really important for me because she is one of the first people who came when we set up. She also has a great attitude. It helps a lot to have someone consistently coming to help me bathe him and get him up. This has also allowed my daughter to take some time off from helping out.

I like that they are flexible on times, and the two nurses have been very nice. They have been able help me monitor my husband's vitals, which takes a big load off of me.

The quality of the services could not have been better. BrightStar Care's actual interaction with my loved one's daily life was short, but in the short time they were there, they helped make his last wish come true.

I think that they're very good people and they do things that I'm pleased with, but they don't cook. She does my laundry for me.

I would tell a friend that BrightStar Care has an infusion service that is dependable. My husband could not live without the infusions that they provide for him.

I would recommend BrightStar Care more if their services did not cost so much. I would like the cost to be more manageable, but they do provide good care. I really do not work much with BrightStar Care but they take care of my loved one. If they are taking care of them there is less for me to worry about.

BrightStar Care was very responsive and they were always available to help out. They responded to issues very quickly. The services allowed my mom to stay where she was for a while.

BrightStar Care's service was very good but some of the caregivers could have used extra training. BrightStar Care's caregivers were here when I needed them which was very important.
