We had caregivers that would say that they would not take care of my mother because she would get aggressive, so I had to get up at 11 at night to take care of my mother. They are horrible. There was no consistent communication, the aides would show up late, would arrive late, and not want to care for my mother. My mother fell and had a face injury when they were there.

Tried to use this agency a few times but each time the caregiver has been late or didn’t show up. On the very last occasion my parents were left alone without anyone being there for hours. When someone arrived it was an unlicensed person who did not know how to care for them. Other times the agency would call at the last minute leaving no time to make new arrangements.

The things that they do, they do well, but I might get in trouble for asking them to do specific things. There is a language barrier and I have a hard time understanding them.
