Malka Y. is a very sensitive, compassionate and caring professional who goes above and beyond to provide quality care to people from all walks of life. At JFS she assists clients and their families adjust to the physical, social, psychological and emotional challenges that occur with aging, never losing sight of the individual. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience which she willing shares and is an excellent guide to the resources that are available in and around the community. She is goal oriented, dependable and responsive. Her insight and caring nature reflect in all her work. As a recipient of her help, I am truly grateful. As a professional colleague I am appreciative of what Malka has taught me as well as the opportunities she has given me to share in the care of some remarkable people. Jewish Family Services is a valuable resource which deserves much more visibility in the community.
