I like that the caregivers come and help us out by giving her lunch and companionship. Bonnie was very nice and went through everything with me and my mother.

Anytime there was an issue, they would take care of it. They are very well trained.

It's not the caregivers that need to improve, but sometimes it's the ones who do the scheduling. I am not sure how they could have a greater impact, but they need to improve. The caregivers have had a positive impact because they help. I like that they try their best to help you.

They replaced our first caregiver, and the one we have now is devoted to her job and goes beyond the basics. The caretaker that we had initially was terrible. The one we have now is very good.

The caregivers helped with all his activities of daily living like giving him a shower, cleaning up, and making sure that he felt comfortable in his house. They were very attentive and professional in trying to meet your needs as much as possible, so I'd surely recommend them.
