I have used Stella Maris for just a week. We did an in-home physical therapy and all. The physical therapist came to the house and we had occupational therapists who were actually kind of teaching me how to help get mom in and out of chairs and in and out of bed, good posturing, and ways of doing it without injuring her or me. So, that was helpful and then we worked on mom some cord strings so she would be less likely to fall. Everybody I've met has just been wonderful and very knowledgeable. I've been very pleased with Stella Maris. They were accommodating. I am a schedule stickler because mom has certain times that she's weak and if she doesn't get her sleep times, she escalates. She gets uncontrollable. So I'm a very big stickler to make sure she gets her naps, and they've been very accommodating with me.
