We are using Holy Cross Home Care and Hospice for my mom. They only come by and check on my mother and her vital signs. My mom doesn't need any particular medical attention right now. They just keep the situation evaluated. When I've had some situations, like a UTI, they've evaluated it.

We had Holy Cross Home Care and Hospice for Mom and our experience was quite good. We were very happy with the staff and the care provided. It was a very short care. They assessed her and they provided her with pain relief.

My mother is currently receiving services and care in our home through Holy Cross Hospice. My family and I are very impressed with the care and services this hospice provides. The hospice staff members are very well organized, informative and eager to address any concerns or questions we may have. They clearly communicated to us both verbally and in writing what kind of support, services, and materials they provide, how they are covered by insurance and how hospice care generally works to address a loved one's needs. Any request for refills of medicine or medical supplies has been handled expediently. The head nurse, nursing aide, social worker and counselor assigned to my mother have all been very supportive, kind, comforting and helpful. We have a nursing aide who comes 3 times during the week, and she is absolutely wonderful with mom. She's very reliable and timely. More importantly, she's very knowledgeable, personable, considerate and gentle. Our family thinks of her as a ray of sunshine who brings warmth and brightness into what remains of the time our mom has left to live! We are so lucky and grateful to have chosen this hospice. Consequently, we are recommending 5 stars.

Dear Holy Cross Hospital and Holy Cross Home Care & Hospice, If you're going to call me to discuss my mother, please get simple facts straight...which would be my mother's name, who I am in relation, what my name is, and not discuss with me some stranger's hospice situation. Hospice discussion in and of itself is a discussion that no one EVER wants to have and when you can't even get the names straight of the person you're talking to, it is extremely disrespectful to the family and the daughter who is already struggling with the idea of hospice and its eventual outcome of losing her mother, best friend, and confidante. My aunt is in home hospice. People are coming in on a daily basis, and someone is there to help her. This is through Holy Cross. It was just more available. The caregiver was excellent, sensitive, and intuitive. They're very caring, very loving, and very sensitive to the whole family.

We're using Holy Cross Home Care and Hospice for mom. They are better than other companies we've had. I would say that they are pretty good and very attentive. They listen and they try to do the best that they can to accommodate us.
