The caregivers follow instructions for the patient. Sometimes the client is so difficult, but they can manage it. They could improve the age of the caregivers. Most of them are in their 60s and up. Because the client is not capable of doing things, she needs more attention. I need someone younger than their 70s. If something happens, they cannot get to the client right away, but they are good when it comes to attending to the client.

They provide providers in a timely way. They ensure that there is care for my mother. It depends on which provider. I've had two different situations. One of them worked out perfectly well. The other I've had some issues with. They've pulled in help from the senior assisted living rather than doing the work themself.
