The caregivers sent did not help on the specific things that needed help on. This was in the two weeks we did have them there were the issues we saw.

When they show up it is great, but when they don't show up they don't cover shifts. It is not the management's fault, it is what happens. My wife has ALS and there are people that do not want to deal with people with ALS. I have recommended them with a couple of people already.

They have a nurse named Judy. She is very kind. She called me about concerns about my dad. Caroline was really good too. I could email her on a Sunday, and she would have someone on Monday for me. She is no longer there, though. I had a kind of meal schedule, and they were good about finding people to meet that schedule. Some of the caregivers weren't as good as the others. We had numerous caregivers, so it was hard for them to provide someone consistent.

I like the fact that they're one of the few that my insurance will cover. They're nation wide and that makes it really nice for any potential changes that might occur, and I think that's great. They follow up on strict guidelines to make sure that everyone is safe at all ends.
