We got Medstar for Mom and they're really good. She has a physical therapist who's very patient, a home-health aide who works with the family, and an occupational therapist. The people know her and work well with her.

Clinical staff was great, office staff were horrendous

MedStar VNA has cared for my grandmother more than three different times. Usually, she sees the same nurse and therapist. She loves them and wants to adopt them. Though she is happy they help her to feel more healthy, she is always sad when homecare ends.
