The staff at St. Joseph Hospice were very compassionate and knowledgeable. I really like the staff's professionalism and they are very courteous. I was really satisfied with them, but they are just understaff.

I found that too often I had to chase them down. Not enough visits and no communication among each other which often resulted in the patient suffering needlessly.
