We used Ageless Healthcare - New Orleans, LA last week. When we use them, they do everything that a CNA would do in an assisted living facility. It means that they would assist my mom with everything that she needs like if she needs to be freshened up, changed, bathed, and assist with eating. They assisted her in getting out of bed. My mom had a stroke, and so it has been an uphill battle. The caregiver was able to help with all of that. She helped my mom raise her arm up and down with occupational therapy because she had some issues with her left arm. The caregiver was extremely professional and very, very pleasant. They take account of all the medications that the patient is on and then they take notes. They have a binder that tells all the services that they provide.
