Hoping all your workers are as good as Janessa. I was completely satisfied with her care. She was always on time, fixed my lunch, and let the dog out to do his business. We had a lot of problems with Midwest. People wouldn't show up. We had a lot of different caregivers. That doesn't help my husband when it's a new person all the time. He needs more stability than that. Also, their billing person was calling me on how to do accounting. He's supposed to do that and not supposed to call me to do that. I would not recommend their services.
