Freedom Home Health Care is one of the top home health agencies in the Des Moines area. Their staff is very helpful and on top of their care. They help me be more independent and live a life of no limitations. I would recommend to anyone that needs nursing, therapy, and home health aide care.

This owner is very rude. She tried to take away my independance and told me I could not take care of my diabetis by myself anylonger. She did not give me a choice she took my pills and my insulin from me. Her aid staff was not nice and her person that worked for her named JEN COULD NOT TALK ON THE PHONE SO YOU COULD UNDERSTAND HER AND WAS NOT FLEXIBLE WITH SCHEDUL;ING AT ALL. JUST SAID THIS IS THE TIME i HAVE TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT.
