The staff at Heartland Hospice was very professional. Excellent, excellent care, just very caring. We would highly recommend them. They came recommended to us, and they were there for us. Just excellent service. My mom had called, and just a couple of hours later, they had somebody there to talk with her. The next day, their chaplain and one of their nurses came, and we got all the paperwork completed and everything done. They're very nurturing, and they're there for the patient. They took very good care of my dad. They were very gentle with him and made sure that he was comfortable. Yesterday, they got him bathed and shaved and he looked so nice. They're there for the family as well and just there to listen and answer questions. Very supportive.
