"We're using Seniors Helping Seniors of the Hill Country. I think it's been a month and a half now. They help my mom with bathing, dressing, and light cleaning. So far, the caregivers are great. They're fabulous. They're caring and they do all kinds of things that we didn't expect, which is good. They clean all kinds of stuff that we weren't expecting them to clean, so the house is a lot cleaner. My mother is happier because there's somebody to talk to besides me. It's great. The scheduling is interesting. Sometimes they don't have somebody for the day I've selected, but we keep in touch, and we make sure everything is covered. We have a good communication path, and I'm pretty well aware of what's going to happen. Their billing is what I'm expecting. We pay them directly, and it's all good. And it's working, so long as there's enough money in the account."

"From the first visit with a RightAtHome manager and explaining the services that could be provided by the agency, we have been delighted. It has been a wonderful experience for me, as it was definitely a hard decision to make in the beginning. My husband has dementia and I had been his full time caregiver for 6 years. RightAtHome provided us with a lovely lady with experience needed in our situation. She is very professional, caring and very conscientious in all that she brings to our home. She always arrive on time looking very professional in her nice scrubs with name tag on, a beautiful smile and saying 'good morning' . She helps my husband with showering, dressing, medicines and seeing that his breakfast is ready for him. Then she will change the linens and laundry what needs to be, makes the bed and also some light housekeeping. My husband's fav coffee place in town she will take him to, along with a walk when weather is good. He has a struggle concentrating on games, but she does try a few from time to time. We have a very nice relationship with her, she is very easy to talk to and with her 20 years of experience in the field of care giving I have learned a lot from her. A RightAtHome representative comes by our house once or twice a month which is always a positive time to share with her. They are always easy to get a hold of in time of need. Thank you RightAtHome for being available at the right time and filling our needs."

"My siblings and I engaged Always Best Care to help care for our mother, initially when she was still able to do a significant amount on her own. Over time she declined and needed different levels of care. At each stage, Lori, Kyle, and each member of the ABC team listened to our needs, and was warm, caring, attentive, patient, punctual, and flexible in accommodating Mom‘s abilities, needs, and wants. Caregivers often went above and beyond, and the teams’ communication with my siblings and me was terrific – – especially helpful since none of us lived in the area. I feel fortunate to have been connected with Lori and Kyle, and I highly recommend the ABC team. "

"I've been using Home Helpers of West Austin, TX for two weeks now. I rated them five stars because of their professionalism and communication. The caregivers are very well qualified. They seem to want to be caregivers as opposed to just getting a job and that was the thing that made me decide to use their company above others who seemed more interested in profit. I get a bill every month and the scheduling is very good."

"My parents have been receiving care from Golden Heart for over a year now. We have had the same caregiver who is wonderful. The owner Libby, who is a nurse, visits often checking on my parents health and caregiver. The care manager Abbie visits regularly as well to update the care plan or check on the caregiver's duties if we need a change. I would highly recommend Golden Heart, as they provide reliable staff who are not allowed to use their cell phones while with our parents, but engage with them and make their life enjoyable! We can relax and know are parents are well taken care of and can even travel now. Very trustworthy company and they always are available via phone."
