I've been using Home Helpers of West Austin, TX for two weeks now. I rated them five stars because of their professionalism and communication. The caregivers are very well qualified. They seem to want to be caregivers as opposed to just getting a job and that was the thing that made me decide to use their company above others who seemed more interested in profit. I get a bill every month and the scheduling is very good.

I give Home Helpers of West Austin, TX a five-star because our caregiver is extremely professional, always prompt, and very knowledgeable about where my mother is at with her journey with Alzheimer's. Any time I've ever called, they've always answered or they called me back within the hour or within minutes. I've never had to wait to get an answer for anything. I feel like it's money well spent. I can't put a price on what she does. The caregivers we had is like a family friend that's coming in and helping. I don't feel like it's a stranger.
