"Senior Helpers (Lamplighter Sq. location, St. Louis County, MO) has been a wonderful home care service to work with. I have my mother (wheelchair and bedside commode usuage) and my father (Dementia) living with my husband and I since April 2011. I contacted Senior Helpers upon my mother's release from the hospital last year, and their representative came to my home and worked out our schedule very quickly, and accomodated what we needed. Everyone has been great, during some very ill times. The ladies have been a great help to me, they fix meals, offer to do light housework if needed, and have worked with both parents during their illnesses when extra special care attention has been need for personal care, they are great for companionship (parents need a new face once in a while to talk to also), and our 2 house dogs were also welcomed and taken care of by the ladies when at the house. I would highly recommend Senior Helpers. Thanks to all who have helped along the way, but especially Sig, Lisa and Laura. "

The company provides personal services and companionship. Barbra is a loving and sweet woman who takes her time with Dad, she is always on time and early on most days, Barbra goes the extra she always has a great smile and makes dad smile to. Kimberly makes regular stops by to see dad and to make sure that everything is going they way we want. She really does mean " we are here for you" I would recommend this company highly. "

"My dad is still at home with home care. I'm using BrightStar Care of Central St. Louis County. It is provided by the VA. They provide help with a bath, blood pressure, cleaning up, helping get dressed, helping out or in bed if needed, and clean up after like dishes, etc. I've been using them for four months now. They're very efficient and very kind, and that's all I need. I do the scheduling and the billing goes to the Veterans Administration. They're providing this service to my dad.
