"The best word to describe my experience with Sutton is excellent! I've had no complaints at all. They've just been wonderful, caring and they do a good job. My father fell last week and injured his arm. Nicole, our caregiver, was very good in taking care of him. She's always on time and if if something comes up, she would inform me ahead. I can't say enough good things about her. "

"Right at Home was the perfect choice for my Grandpa’s care over the past 6 months. Although we needed to make a few adjustments in his caretakers, Right at Home was punctual in helping me get someone set up to come to his home. They also helped me to get in touch with the Vet Assist program as Grandpa was a WWII veteran. When we thought we might need 24/7 care at home, they got right on the job of finding capable caregivers. I highly recommend them for their gracious care for not only my Grandpa but also for me as his family. "

"My mother used Cornerstone Caregiving - Ozark, MO three times. Right now, she's doing very well and is not using any kind of care company. The people who came and worked with my mom were very kind, caring, and willing to take instructions to tailor her needs to what needed to be done. They were coachable. They helped with dressing, bathing, and light housecleaning. The billing was excellent. The scheduling was pretty good. It was a fine agency. They scheduled us as soon as they could. I would hire them again if needed."

"I’ve hired Visiting Angels in Springfield. I liked them because they hired older workers. I think they understand it so much more than a 20-year-old. They have good work ethics. Scheduling and billing have been satisfactory. "

"My dad's doctor recommended Oxford. They're the best. Everyone that I dealt with was highly professional, very well-trained, and very, very good with my dad. Dad gets bath care and he's on blood centers so the staff from this agency comes out to the house and takes care of all of that. They're just excellent straight down the board. Dad has a nurse that takes care of his nail and foot care. He has a bath-aide that comes in once a week to help him with his bath or showers. Both of those people are excellent. I can call them at the last minute to get someone to spend the night with my parents when they were sick. I can't think of any place where they need improvement. They are very, very efficient. "

"I hired Integrity for my mother. My mom was not on Medicaid, and this was the only place that we could get to work without Medicaid. We’re paying out of pocket. The woman that came out was very good. I didn’t have any problem with her at all, and my mom liked her. I was at the house maybe once or twice when she was there, and she seemed fine to me. She was very nice, friendly, warm, talkative, very caring, and seemed very professional. She was there on time, did her job, and was very nice. "
