"We're currently using Right at Home for my husband's care. They've been here three times, and I've been with them for three weeks now. The caregiver provides companionship, does light housework, and prepares his meals as needed. I have medications for him when I'm gone, and I've labeled everything, so she just makes sure he takes them. She doesn't administer them to him because I already have them labeled. She just tells him when it's time for him to take his medicine. She is also right on time. I have never had any problem with her."

"I called several home care agencies in the Lansing area searching for someone to assist my elderly parents with transportation and light housekeeping tasks. I chose PCAH because after speaking with the owner Brian, I felt that they were most able to provide care. Brian was willing to put their needs first in matching them with a caregiver and was personable and responsive on the phone prior to beginning care. The caregiver spent more time on their phone than engaging with my parents or caring for their needs, did fine when told what to do, but wasn’t really able to be proactive in helping without being asked. Then after just 3 days, they quit without notice, leaving my parents without transportation to a doctor appointment. Brian initially said he would find a replacement, but then stopped responding; he has not responded to my emails or returned my parents’ phone messages. I am disappointed in the care and service and do not recommend this agency."
