"I hired Comforcare Senior Services. They had a very harsh management team and they had problems staffing occasionally. I had care for my father eight to ten hours a day and Mom was at home on hospice. My brother who was helping them left to go to the store, and my mom called me and said the caregiver wouldn't give her a glass of water because the caregiver doesn't work for her.
