The agency provided an outstanding home care aide (Kathy). She was always proactive in seeing what needed to be done and doing it with a smile. Including patient cleaning, feeding, physical therapy assistance, bed/wheelchair transfers, and medication tracking. The agency (Robert) always provided timely response to any request we made or any feedback we gave. Questions were answered immediately.

I like Home Helpers. They had been very good. I would recommend them and use them again. The caregivers were very good. Everything was excellent. They couldn't have been better. It really was great. They were for my father. They helped him with bathing, dressing, and toileting as needed. They did an excellent job. Home Helpers is great. They're wonderful.

I have been using Home Helpers since January. We like the caregiver that has been taking care of my father-in-law. We still use her to this day for 4 hours a day. It's fantastic, it is great, and theyre flexible. I like that she is able to do things for my father-in-law that he can't do, like help him wash his linens, light housekeeping, and takes him to appointments that I don't need to be at. It is a fantastic experience. It is actually giving me relief because I work full time. If I need to change my caregiver's hours to suit my father-in-law's needs, they're flexible. If she can't make it because of whatever she has going on in her personal life, the manager will reach out to us right away. He asked if we need another caregiver and he will send one out. Right now, if that happens, I'm here working at home so we won't need another caregiver. However, I like that flexibility and that followup, those are very important to me. The interaction with the caregiver for my father-in-law gives me peace of mind. I know he is going to be eating his lunch, I know he is going to be drinking the amount of water that he needs, and I know that she is there in case he falls, and that's why we needed a caregiver. It is important for me that he stays safe. Just being there gives me that peace of mind. For people that are reluctant to try Home Helpers or try inhome caregiving, they need to really take a good look at that because I prefer this than sending them to a retirement home.

The Home Helpers was great for my husband. It was an A-plus situation. I worked with Robert and he was great. Our home care person, Joanne, was wonderful. Home Helpers is the best choice.

Our family had an emergency situation and needed help right away with 24/7 care. I called Robert and the next day he had a caregiver at our door. Home Helper caregivers are professional, compassionate angels that understand dementia and know how to handle this difficult disease while allowing my Mom her dignity. I can’t thank them enough for their care and compassion.

It was nice to have Eden back here. She has such a positive manner. She's everything one desires in a caregiver. Extremely attentive to my wife's needs and assisting her all through the day. My wife also enjoyed having Eden prepare the meals. Eden parks her car in a most considerate manner in our cul-de-sac's very limited street parking.

Robert and his team of caregivers helped my mom in her last weeks and were extremely gentle and thoughtful in her care.Always on time and very respectful and polite. I will refer home helpers to anybody that needs home care.

Home Helpers provided a caregiver for my father who suffered a stroke and broken hip. Robert and his staff treated my father extremely well for 2 years. We felt safe that dad was being well taken care of while we worked. Robert has been really good about providing help on short notice when needed. All the caregivers were well trained and accommodating. We recently moved and will certainly miss Home Helpers.
