My dad is at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home right now. The place is beautiful. It's very peaceful. They have an amazing garden. The staff are very responsive. We are thrilled with the level of care and compassion that our loved one is receiving. My dad is really not eating. He ate one bite the first night he was there. They provide complimentary soups and treats every day. It's very clean. They have a supportive staff, a social worker, and pastoral care that provide additional bereavement services to the family. It's just a very comforting place.
