Evergreen Place is very nice and well-equipped, it's in a beautiful area, and the rooms are really nice. The place was also equipped for people that are handicapped and the staff is always there to assist them. The food is fine, and our experience with the staff is very good; they have excellent staff members. They play cards and they have other activities for the residents. The facilities are very nice. It's only three-years-old, so the building is beautiful.

Chillicothe Senior Living was very nice. I didn't see a lot of people; they were in their rooms. However, it was a little dark. The lighting was not bright or inviting. It was a little dreary. Other than that, it was a clean facility. We got to meet with the director. At that time, we were looking specifically for memory care, but now that we've seen it, my mom is not quite ready for that. We talked to them about whether they accept Medicaid for memory care, and they do not, so we did not see anything else there. Nevertheless, it was very updated. Everything they showed us was very nice. We were only there for about 15 minutes, but they were very welcoming.
