My father has been living at home with a caregiver from Universum Care for a year and a half now. First, it was just part-time, and then he deteriorated and we increased the days. He's never gone back to anything but 24/7 care but he hated living in a facility so this has been working for him. They do everything. We've gone through a couple of caregivers, and not all of them were compatible with him, but right now we have two that are working well and it's been going well. I get a bill every week. I pay it online and the guy that runs the place deals with everything else. He finds new caregivers when the caregivers don't work out. He has come to the house when they lost power and helped troubleshoot that. He's been very, very helpful. I don't have to worry so much since he takes care of the scheduling and everything.
