I truly believe, as do others that witnessed my mother's last months, that Visiting Angels made her life much easier. Jenna E., the owner of the franchise, was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process, as was her staff. We thank you. As for the Angels themselves, P. J. W. and Jenny Y., I cannot give enough accolades. They are both wonderful people and it is easy to see how much they cared for their patients. They always made my mother smile, even when she could not communicate verbally. You could see my mother's eyes light up when either one of them walked into the room. I hired Visiting Angels Living Assistance Services for six days, and I didn't like that I had a different person every day. I wanted somebody that worked with me that would become like part of the family. They bathed my daughter, fed her, washed her hair, brushed her teeth, and nursed her. Their caregivers were fine, but I had to train each caregiver every day.
