If I could leave less than one star in my review, I would. If you are considering using Bowes in home health care, run, run, run as fast as you can to find a different service provider. We did have a quality nurse and a quality physical therapist. We went through a string of occupational therapists that were all useless. The therapists did no work whatsoever, half the time they didn’t show up because they had a sick child or they had their monthly period or they had a fart twisted. The occupational therapist told us not to contact Bowes because it would cut into their pay. They told us when they couldn’t get here they would just add additional visits at the end of our treatment period. Of course when the time came, they forgot that they owed us visits. The therapist claimed to have contacted several providers for motorized wheelchair or scooter and we constantly had excuses that the providers were not returning calls. The final occupational therapist said she had spoken with one of the providers and was waiting for them to contact us. After six months of not receiving return calls from Bowes in home health care, we have found that they never even approached any of the motorized chair providers. One of the occupational therapists was more interested in styling hair or manicures then doing any actual therapy. Calling Bowes in-home healthcare to speak with a manager is a waste of time and breath. They don’t return calls, they just run and hide. Calling to speak with a manager is pointless as they are never there and do not return calls for months at a time. AVOID BOWES IN HOME HEALTHCARE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

We're using Bowes In Home Care for my mother-in-law. Everything's going well. The caregivers are really good. It's cheaper than what we are looking at before. They help her with whatever she needs. They do medication reminders, cook, and clean.
