I used Treasured Hands HHA for around six months. One time, they were set up to come, and nobody came, and another time, they came late. My mom lives by herself. So, multiple times, she was there by herself for a couple of hours because the person in charge didn't have anybody or she would come, but she was never on time. The dispute was in the deposit that was initially taken and never returned. I'm still trying to get my money back. I called multiple times, but they never answered, I also emailed.
